Having endured the extirpation — at the hands of petty dictators—of her farm, restaurants and businesses , which at one time employed 350 people, many entrepreneurs would have thrown in the towel. Not Molly. She trucked her agricultural operation to Texas in dozens of 1200-mile trips and is now organic farming in the Lone Star state. Here is this remarkable woman’s story:
