Exploding Pagers will Ensure a Forever War in the Middle East

US headline: “Israel brilliantly managed to simultaneously explode hundreds of pagers that Hezbollah terrorists carried in their front pockets for communicating with each other.”

A light-hearted, celebratory headline on the front page of Rupert Murdoch’s New York Post, Sept. 18.

We’re told the exploding pagers rigged by Israelis only injured terrorists. There were indiscriminate casualties — hundreds of blasts went off wherever the holder of the pager happened to be — in homes, cars, at grocery stores, cafes, often with family or bystanders nearby.

This was terrorism by Israelis; a war crime that won’t be prosecuted, or sanctioned, or cause any drop in US taxpayer funding.

If the Arabs had done this to Israeli soldiers, most of the pundits in the US would have been screaming about “the heartless terrorism perpetrated by the evil Lebanese killers.”

The Israelis perpetrate it and it’s applauded. America is very sick.

The homicidal stupidity of sabotaging the communication devices is termed brilliant by simians for whom technology is an indicator of cunning genius.

Israeli terror campaigns have killed tens of thousands of Gazan civilians as well as several hundred Lebanese. The Israelis are permanently alienating the people of Lebanon and Palestine, like the US did to the people of Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan. Even with near total dominance of air power with their helicopter gunships, bombers and fighter jets, America could not secure victory. The US was defeated in all three nations.

As in those countries, guerrilla forces are continuing to gain the support of the peasant populations of Palestine and Lebanon.
