I. King Biden Pardons the Prince

Most of the white slave rebellions over the course of the past 800 years were sparked by acts such as what King Biden did for Prince Hunter, his son the convicted felon.

Noam Chomsky once told me that that the test of the justice of any body of law “is its universality.” Does it “apply to all equally?”

The Black people’s indictment of the Founders of our nation centered on the fact that their laws failed Dr. Chomsky’s test with regard to the condition of blacks in bondage. It was a two-tiered justice system.

This was also the experience of the farmers of western Pennsylvania whose “whiskey insurrection” in the early 1790s led to President Washington using troops against the American people (see here and here).

Under the influence of the patrician taxaholic Alexander Hamilton, Washington treated the farmers as scum and taxed them into penury, even though some of them had fought in the Revolution in the ranks of his army.

This is the history that is not taught in most schools, and in particular not in Hillsdale College or those Christian Charter Academies that are supposed to arm youth with the weapons of truth, but are too often blind to the revisionist chronicle of our nation’s past, including its capitalist depredations, such as the lynchings of miners, frontiersman and union activists in Montana who annoyed or competed with Montana’s masonic vigilante committee and the territory’s plutocrat mine owners. Nearly a hundred Americans were hanged in the late 19th and early 20th century in southwestern Montana. They lacked connections to the power elite.

Matthew Lyon got a taste of America’s non-universal legal system. He was the patriot Congressman from Vermont jailed in October 1798 for sedition by President John Adams. As a youth Lyon had been sold as a white slave for the price of two stags. He knew the two-tiered justice system from the inside.

A certain lad by the name of Johnson experienced it as well. As a child this Johnson toiled in gruesome conditions and was frequently whipped while an “indentured servant” in North Carolina. When he became a fugitive and fled to Tennessee, a reward was offered for his capture. This being America, the runaway, Andrew Johnson, eventually worked his way up to became Vice-President of the United States, and upon Lincoln’s assassination, President.

I am not an America-hater. I love her enough to tell the truth about her.

Our nation at its founding aspired to the highest ideals of equality before the law; the struggle for which is never fully achieved. The road to freedom for people of all colors and economic conditions was (and remains) a work in progress.

After emancipation, it was obstructed by the enormous influence of Freemasonry in post-Civil War America and the rise of the factory system, the owners of which fought pitched battles to preserve their exploitation of cheap labor — not only in the factories of the industrial revolution but also in the mines and the industrialized farms of 19th century agri-business behemoths.

A Legacy of Working for Liberty

The America Revolution is what James Billington, the Librarian of Congress termed, “A fire in the minds of men.” It was a flame that led Americans to strive for rights for the forgotten “negro” and the lowliest “white trash.” This relentless struggle is what rendered us “the City on a Hill” and a “beacon to the world.”

As long as that fire remans lit—the struggle contra the Biden crime family and its despicable indifference to the welfare of these United States, and Trump’s “America Second, Israel First” nominations to foreign policy positions, including Secretary of State, will continue.

President Biden’s shameful pardon of his son for his crimes dating to 2014 (a time frame that includes Hunter’s influence-peddling overseas), is a mirror of the insider/outsider, initiate/cowan divide which typified most of the nations of Europe up to 1918 and continues to hold sway over the Third World.

The outrage expressed in the U.S. in the wake of the pardon of Hunter would be no more than a collective shoulder-shrugging in Mexico or Morocco, where the disparity between the connected and the peasants is accepted as simply how things are done. Bribery and corruption are a way of life in the “developing world.”

The masses in those nations yearn to be free, of course. There is however little or no heritage of Bill of Rights-type of individual freedom—scant liberty of speech; no right to remain silent, or keep and bear arms.

The aspirational dimension of America’s legal foundation, from the Mayflower Compact to the Declaration of Independence to Brown v. The Board of Education, is missing in most of the world. The shock we register at the malfeasance of the Biden Cosa Nostra are a testimony to the ideals ingrained in Americans as part of the heritage of 1776.

The black man who cheats on his taxes to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars, and the redneck who fudges a federal firearms’ form are both going to be convicted felons for the rest of their lives, and jail time would not be out of the question. Hunter’s pardon is an exercise in despotism out of the annals of a central American banana republic and the dynasty of Ming—or Xi Jinping.

Biden (or his handlers) have cockily placed him within the arc of the United States of Amnesia. When Iraq-war enabler President George W. Bush left office in January, 2009, his approval rating was a dismal 33%. In 2018, a mere nine years later, 60% of Americans supposedly told pollsters they had a favorable view of Mr. Bush. In terms of his legacy, Biden is depending on the poor historical memory of Americans to lift him into the pantheon of presidents in just a few years’ time.

Holman W. Jenkins writes: “Joe Biden says that ‘political opponents’ scuttled a ‘fair’ plea deal to end the charges against Hunter. The truth is, Hunter scuttled his own deal when he couldn’t get the implausible blanket immunity he would later receive from his father, after a judge discovered the provision improperly secreted in a side deal the Biden Justice Department struck to spare Hunter gun charges altogether.

“Indeed, anybody else would have jumped at the deal Hunter effectively rejected—anybody, that is, who wasn’t a president’s son and couldn’t count on a pardon after spending an enjoyable few weeks playing the courtroom martyr, victim and center of attention in the middle of his father’s re-election campaign. Both Bidens, though, were acting in an absurdly permissive and uncritical media environment.”

Garland’s Gift to the Bidens

The “side deal” was a gift from Merrick Garland’s corrupt Department of Justice. The deal, pleading guilty to a pair of misdemeanor tax charges— and with regard to his 2018 gun purchase—altogether avoiding prosecution, collapsed in July, 2023, after which Garland appointed David Weiss, the U.S. Attorney for Delaware, as special counsel.

Garland’s corrupt bargain was exposed by two intrepid whistleblowers, IRS Special agents Joseph Ziegler and Gary Shapley. According to them, “Biden…claimed that his own Justice Department unfairly targeted his son. On the contrary, we produced mountains of evidence and testified under oath about the machinations his Justice Department, including Mr. Weiss, used to shield the Biden family from a thorough investigation of alleged corruption in Ukraine, Romania and China.

“This year, a jury found Hunter Biden guilty of federal gun charges in Delaware and he pleaded guilty to willful tax felonies in California. The president’s letter falsely suggests that his son was merely late in filing and paying his taxes because of serious addictions. He wrote that in such cases, when back taxes are paid with penalties and interest, they are often resolved without criminal penalties, but his son was treated differently. That’s malarkey.

“The American people need to know, and the president’s letter omits, that Hunter Biden admitted to intentional felony tax evasion—criminal charges for which ordinary Americans are held accountable every day. Hunter Biden admitted that he filed false tax returns with the Internal Revenue Service—knowingly and willfully, while sober…

“The constant retaliation against us as whistleblowers should cease, and those responsible should be held to account. Nonprofit efforts such as DefendWhistleblowers.com are helping. Without serious reform and major changes in personnel and policy, something like this will happen again.

“We will keep our oaths as sworn federal law-enforcement officers, stand up for fair and equal treatment of every taxpayer, and speak out against improper politicization of the Justice Department.”

Los Angeles Judge Mark Scarsi in a five-page order of December 3, refuted the president’s rationale for the pardon, including his accusation that Hunter had been singled out because he is the president’s son.

“The Constitution provides the President with broad authority to grant reprieves and pardons for offenses against the United States, but nowhere does the Constitution give the President the authority to rewrite history,” Scarsi scathingly wrote.

When Abraham Lincoln began conscripting young men for the Union Army, they could escape service by paying the government $300 (about $14,000 today), which led to the boys who didn’t have the cash terming it a “Rich man’s war and a poor man’s fight.” Today we have a “Powerful man’s pardon and a poor man’s plight.”

The brazen nature of it is revelatory. It is testimony to the mindset of the federal bureaucracy and the continuing oppression of the poor in America behind saccharine mantras about equality. God is no respecter of persons, rich or poor (Acts 10: 34). The divine law passes Chomsky’s test of universality.

It makes my blood boil to think that penniless people are in prison for committing the same crimes as Hunter Biden. This is how contempt for the rule of law is sown. The is how revolutions begin.

America was not founded as a utopia, which always leads to hell on earth. Our nation was rooted in a fundamental Biblical view of the blessings (rights and prerogatives such as private property; due process; trial by peers) of the yeomanry, who were inherently suspicious of power wielded by anyone claiming in any way to be superior to them.

There is no legal foundation in the U.S. for either a peasant class or an aristocracy, though they have from time to time arisen, de facto.

The antidote to tyranny is in the Bible, in the Biblical doctrine of human depravity. This Scriptural knowledge leads to republican vigilance over crimes and abuses committed by concentrated authority.

Americans have historically demand limited government to restrain the tyrannical tendencies in the human nature of us all, without exception. This austere truth was denied by Pharaoh, Caesar, Robespierre, Napoleon, Hitler, Stalin and Mao. They all insisted they were higher men whose right to rule derived from their putative superiority.

The American revolutionaries, however flawed, drawing on the Bible, the Catholic Magna Carta, the Puritan Free Born John Lilburne, the Baptist John Bunyan and the Christian Algernon Sidney, among hundreds of others—constructed a legal framework for protection of the individual’s liberty in Christ.

The Left has thrown the baby out with the bathwater. The Bible as a rule of life is to be rejected they argue, given that religion inevitably devolves into a theocratic tyranny.

American history proves them wrong. Our people loved the Bible but detested coercion in its name. The difference between the liberty Christ bestowed upon His believers, as taught by St. Paul in Romans 7 and 8 — distinguished from institutionalized Churchianity’s claim to legislate and rule—ought to be made known.

Mark Knoll in his seminal history, America’s Book: The Rise and Decline of a Bible Civilization, unpacks the cleavage:

“Because the scriptural legacy of colonial Protestantism contributed so substantially to the struggle for independence and because the Bible served the Revolutionary cause so powerfully, American national history began with a Protestant respect for Scripture.

“Yet because the patriots’ political principles also drew so heavily on fears of tyrannical corruption…and embodied such strong commitments to individual liberty…aversion to any form of top-down religious coercion advanced step by step with friendliness to religion. This combination of “religion friendly” and “coercion averse” defined the course of the new nation” (italics added).

Notice Prof. Noll’s use of the term “top-down” coercion. It could also be called rule from the pinnacle of the pyramid top to bottom. Pharaoh Biden situates the American poor and working class at the bottom. He and his comrades coerce us into complying with their increasingly mad mandates, from COVID vaccines to women sharing bathrooms and locker areas with men.

The pardon by “King” Biden for his guilty princeling is reflective of an evil, lawless spirit which is at the same time curiously self-destructive, in that it does not hide from the people its true face.

II. US-sponsored 9/11 Terrorists Conquer Christian Areas of Syria

**Abu Mohammed al-Jawlani, the “liberator” of Aleppo**

Syria’s Basher al-Assad permits the free exercise of the Christian religion. The Christian church in Syria is among the oldest Jesus-communities on earth, dating to the first century AD. Syria has been described as a "cradle of Christianity." Aleppo, a city of two million people, is the center of the Christian population.

It is important to the Cryptocracy that Syria should be captured by Antichrist forces fronted by Saudi “Wahabb” Islam, and the Syrian-Christian people and their shrines permanently erased. (“Muhammed bin Wahhab is the one who paved the road for Abdul Aziz ibn Saud, the patriarch of the family, to conquer the rest of the Arabian Peninsula” and to rule it as his family’s personal fiefdom).

Abu Mohammed al-Jawlani (the NY Times spells his name “al-Jolani,”), is the 42-year-old terrorist in command of the al-Qaeda affiliate in Syria, the army of Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) jihadis. It is this force that has seized Aleppo.

Israeli support for Jawlani is strong. The favorable view of Zionist think tanks are reported without caveat in the corporate media. The goal is to whitewash the image of this killer of American troops.

For example, Aaron Zelin is a senior fellow at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy, which is led by Robert Satloff (“Howard P. Berkowitz Chair in U.S. Middle East Policy”), and Dennis Ross (Prof. of Jewish Civilization at Georgetown University; former Special Advisor on Iran to Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton). Zelin’s appraisal is being promoted in the US media as an objective assessment. Zelin writes, “His (Jawlani) and his group’s break with Islamic State and al Qaeda is very genuine.”

On December 2 the Neocon Wall Street Journal reported, “Far from engaging in a murderous spree against religious minorities…Jawlani issued edicts ordering the protection of Christians and Shiites, and demanding that his men not exact retribution. The Journal fawned over Jawlani, without contesting his claim that “In the future Syria we believe that diversity is our strength, not a weakness.”

Wow, a DEI liberal in the ranks of the head-choppers. Who would’ve thunk it?

Another spokesman, this time for the Middle East Research Institute, a Zionist public relations outfit founded by Israeli ex-intelligence officer Yigal Carmon and Israeli-American Prof. Meyrav Wurmser informed the Wall Street Journal, “They still have what we would call extremist ideology, but they are not stupid extremists.”

It’s consoling to know that Jawlani and his terrorist army are smart extremists.

This is the outlandish insult to our intelligence that Israeli front groups and their mouthpiece media are promoting to lull us into complacency concerning a blood-thirsty al Qaeda killer who is seeking, with Israeli assistance, to conquer Syria.

For those who accept the official account of the 9/11 terror attacks on New York, it must be exceedingly distressing to learn that the successors of those who killed thousands of Americans are now seeking to topple Assad, the protector of the ancient Christian patrimony in Syria.

In a 2021 interview with PBS’s “Frontline” Jawlani stated he had no regrets about celebrating the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks on America, or about killing U.S. troops in Iraq.

Jawlani has carried out multiple terrorist attacks throughout Syria, often massacring civilians. Since none of those folks were Israelis, he’s receiving cream puff coverage from an American press that does not have a high regard for Arab victims of either Wahhabist or Zionist terror. There is little doubt that the British secret service and the U.S. government are covertly aiding this murderer.

Islamic jihadists are fighting to take control of Syria. Christian heritage must be expunged, as U.S. General Wesley Kanne Clark and NATO attempted to do in Christian Serbia in 1999 when they bombed the ancient churches and monasteries for 78 days in an orgy of destruction (cf. Michael Parenti, To Kill a Nation).

Operation Timber Sycamore is a classified CIA program aimed at arming and training Syrian rebels to overthrow Assad, with significant involvement from Wahhabist Saudi Arabia, the MI6 British secret service, and the Israelis. The operation began in early 2013, providing military support and training to terrorists. The administration of President Barack Obama played a significant role in the arming of al Qaeda in Syria (“Nusra Front”). A key part of the operation’s psychological warfare component was the baseless claim that Assad had used chemical weapons on his opponents.

The CIA’s “Timber Sycamore” proxy war in alliance with jihadists continued under Trump. It has thus far killed 500,000 people (!) and displaced ten million. In a normal world it would be a notorious holocaust.

The Pentagon and the intelligence agencies have initiated a costly war to overthrow Assad. It represents a covert alliance with Saudi Arabia, shielded by US government secrecy. Ten years after Timber Sycamore and few facts have been released.

Considering that 61 years after the assassination of President Kennedy, many of the CIA’s files have yet to be declassified (in 2017 Trump demurred, despite his 2016 pledge to force their disclosure), it’s no wonder Timber Sycamore is still classified—a war initiated by Obama, shrouded in secrecy and never debated by Congress; forged with the intent of overthrowing a sovereign government, contrary to international law. The result has been mass death, destabilization and chaos for the Arab people of Syria.
